BIOLDO, the Organic Prosecco Wine
For the production of Organic Wine Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiadene has selected, between its associates, a limited number of vineyards (five), for a production of 1363,93 quintals (136.393 Kg) of grapes produced in the framework of the USDA National Organic Production rules, in particular the European Union regulation nr. 2092/91 dealing with agriculture production method.
After this accurate selection, the wine is produced with the most modern techniques, always in compliance with stringent organic standards.
